Gamaliel COVID-19 Policies for In-Person Events

Last updated March 7, 2022

Gamaliel is committed to the health and safety of all who participate in our trainings and other in-person events.  Because variants of the coronavirus continue to emerge, prolonging the pandemic, we have instituted the following policies and practices for all Gamaliel in-person gatherings.  These policies and practices will be in effect until further notice.  Please check this site regularly for updates.

  • Vaccinations are required for all persons participating in on-site events.
  • Booster shots are required for all eligible persons.
  • All on-site participants are required to submit a copy of their vaccination card to Gamaliel via our secure portal a minimum of three days before the start of the event. Any participant who does not submit their vaccine record will have their registration cancelled.
  • All participants are asked to complete a self-evaluation for COVID-19 symptoms every day while participating in the event. The CDC has a useful list of symptoms available here.
  • All participants must follow masking and social distancing guidelines as outlined by the event venue.

Gamaliel will carefully monitor the COVID-19 situation in the United States ahead of all in-person events. Gamaliel reserves the right to cancel or postpone in-person events at any point the beginning of the event if deemed necessary for the health and safety of participants and staff.
